ANA Aeroportos, specifically through its Non-Aviation Commercial Department, required an assessment of the commercial offer in the Food & Beverage area at Oporto Airport. To this end, ANA Aeroportos selected VTM to develop this study, which included conducting face-to-face surveys in two distinct areas of the airport in question.
The main objective of the study was to understand the adherence of passengers at this airport to a particular Food & Beverage Concept that was thought to be introduced at Oporto Airport, taking into consideration eating habits and the passengers opinion on the Concept in question.
