2025 has been a very busy and exciting year at VTM. As our teams have continued to grow during 2025, we are pleased to introduce several colleagues who have joined VTM over the last months.
Tiago Costa, Beyza Koç, and Miguel Alves have each become part of our day-to-day work and are already contributing across a range of projects.
Tiago Costa joined VTM Global as a Senior Consultant, bringing over ten years of experience in transport planning and analysis. With an Integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Tiago has worked on transport modelling, forecasting, and economic appraisal across road, rail, and logistics projects. His experience has strengthened our analytical capabilities and supported complex assignments across Europe and North America.
Beyza Koç joined the team as a Graduate Consultant, contributing strong analytical and technical skills to transport and mobility studies. With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science and prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm, Beyza supports project teams through data analysis, programming, and research. Her structured approach and attention to detail have been valuable additions to our work.
Also joining us recently is Miguel Alves, a Graduate Consultant with a background in Civil Engineering and Urbanism. Miguel’s interests include sustainable mobility, spatial analysis, and data-driven methods such as machine learning. During his first months at VTM, he has already taken part in public transport, parking and road projects.
We are extremely pleased to have Tiago, Beyza, and Miguel as part of the VTM team and look forward to continuing to work with them as they develop their roles within the company. Please join us in celebrating them.
Additional team announcements are planned for early 2026 — stay tuned!
