Recognition of outstanding work is the perfect way to begin the new year. We are thrilled to announce that four members of the VTM team have been promoted this month.
After returning to VTM earlier in 2024, following his role as Advisor and Chief of Staff to Cabinet Members in the last two Portuguese governments, Tiago Pimentel has been promoted to Director. A trusted member of VTM for nearly two decades, Tiago combines a deep commitment to our clients with a strategic vision for the company’s future, ensuring VTM remains on a path of innovation and growth.
We also announce the promotion of Stefano Strami to Senior Associate Director. Stefano has shown exceptional skills in leadership, client relationship, strategic thinking, and project management. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire those around him have been instrumental in driving our success. We look forward to seeing the continued impact he will make in his new role.
Since joining VTM in 2020, Cristian Adorean has excelled in geographic and social analysis, particularly in the realm of sustainable mobility, where his advanced GIS expertise and data-driven insights have helped shape impactful, eco-friendly solutions. Known for his collaborative spirit and praised by colleagues, Cristian fully deserves his promotion to Senior Consultant.
Last but not least, Luís Pousada, who joined VTM as a graduate just a year ago, has already made an outstanding impression. With boundless energy, enthusiasm, and a rapid technical development, Luís has seamlessly integrated into the team and has now been promoted to Consultant.
Please join us in celebrating these exciting milestones and congratulating our colleagues on their well-deserved promotions!
