Thanks to their outstanding contributions to client projects, two of our team members have earned well-deserved promotions. Pedro Rodrigues, our modelling expert, has been promoted to Principal Consultant, while Tiago Varela Oliveira is now a Consultant.
Over the years at VTM, Pedro has become a key internal reference, particularly in econometric modelling and big data processing. He excels in complex analyses and consistently delivers high-quality results on some of the most challenging global projects. Additionally, he is proactive in mentoring younger staff, sharing his expertise and fostering their development.
Since joining VTM as a Graduate Consultant just a year ago, Tiago has continuously enhanced his analytical capabilities, thus being able to extract valuable insights across a variety of business sectors. His strong communication skills and big-picture thinking have also allowed him to develop client relationships and perform effective fieldwork coordination.
Both Pedro and Tiago actively contribute to a positive work environment and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
Please join us in congratulating them on these well-deserved achievements!
