The ASQ Surveys, coordinated by ACI World – Airports Council International, play a crucial role in assessing passenger satisfaction and improving airport services worldwide. Our team at VTM is honored to be entrusted with this important task by ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal, SA.
This partnership reflects VTM’s commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality services and distinct solutions. As the chosen service provider, we will leverage our expertise to gather valuable insights directly from passengers, helping ANA Aeroportos enhance the airport experience and ensure that it continues to meet and exceed travelers’ expectations.
