Tiago Oliveira Guerra is responsible for advising public and private clients on traffic impact, accessibility and parking studies for real estate and/or commercial investments. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, having specialized in Urban Planning, Transport and Systems. His thesis focused on the impact of the signalling system on the reliability of a metro line.
Tiago has been working as a consultant for three years. In addition to his experience and responsibility in traffic impact studies, Tiago has been involved in projects of various kinds among the different areas of the company’s activity, such as demand forecast studies for road, rail and airport infrastructures, parking plans, mobility plans, and capacity analysis in road infrastructures.
He has experience in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Chile, and Mexico.
