Transport modeller (Lisbon or remote)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage transport modelling projects from inception to completion.
  • Utilize industry-standard transport modelling software to analyse and forecast mobility trends.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex transport challenges in different geographies.
  • Enhance and optimize existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working on transport modelling projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using reference transport modelling software (e.g., VISUM, CUBE, EMME, TransCad, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Programming Knowledge: Experience with Python and/or R is highly valued.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Engineering, Urban Planning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
