Graduate consultant / Consultant

What You’ll Do:

As a Graduate Consultant, you will:

  • Contribute to challenging projects through thoughtful analysis.
  • Work closely with your internal mentor within a collaborative team.
  • Thrive in an international, multicultural environment with opportunities for rapid growth.
  • Bring fresh ideas and a proactive attitude to the table.

As a Consultant (2-3 years of experience):

  • Strengthen your ability to extract powerful insights from project data.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of clients’ needs through broader exposure in meetings.
  • Serve as a valuable and experienced member of the project team.
  • Mentor junior staff and manage parts of VTM’s team efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Transport modeller

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage transport modelling projects from inception to completion.
  • Utilize industry-standard transport modelling software to analyze and forecast mobility trends.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex transport challenges.
  • Enhance and optimize existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working on transport modelling projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using reference transport modelling software (e.g., VISUM, CUBE, EMME, TransCad, etc.).
  • Programming Knowledge: Experience with Python and/or R is highly valued.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Engineering, Urban Planning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
