Cristian Adorean has a bachelor’s degree in Territorial Planning and a master’s degree in Regional Development and Planning by the Faculty of Geography, Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He completed his professional skills with academic experiences within the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon (IGOT-UL) through international mobility programs, but also with participations in scientific projects as an active member of research centres based in Cluj-Napoca and Lisbon in the field of Territorial Planning and Urbanism. It was also in these research domains that Cristian has published articles (international peer-review and ISI journals, national journals) and book chapters and, additionally, he has participated in several national and international conferences.
He is currently attending the PhD Course in Urban Studies, in association between ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCSH-UNL).
